In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, corn, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and the remaining salt and pepper. Spread tomato mixture around salmon in pan. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Turn off heat and add linguine and toss to. While the pasta cooks, season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste and bake it until cooked.
